What we collect
Account and qualification data. Name, work email address, telephone number, institution, role, field of research, and intended research protocol, together with the declarations you accept at registration.
Order data. Billing and shipping address, order contents, order value, and the declarations you accept at checkout.
Technical data. IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps recorded against registration and order events.
Payment data. Card details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
To review and approve accounts, to fulfil orders, to maintain the records described below, to communicate with you about your account and orders, and to comply with our legal obligations. We record the IP address and timestamp attached to a registration or an order because those records are part of the compliance file that the research-use restrictions depend on.
Marketing
We send order and account emails to all customers because they are necessary to the service. We send product and lot notifications only to people who have asked for them, and every such message contains an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Payment providers, shipping carriers, and the service providers who host and maintain this website, in each case only to the extent needed to perform their function. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law or by valid legal process.
How long we keep it
Registration records, order declarations, and the associated audit log are retained for the period configured in our records-retention setting, which is currently seven years from the date of the record. Retaining them is the point of collecting them — a declaration you cannot produce later is not a control.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests go to info@veltranlabs.com. Where deletion would conflict with a records-retention obligation, we will tell you which records we must keep and why.
Security
The website is served over TLS. Access to account and order data is restricted to people who need it to operate the business.

We will post any change to this policy on this page.
