What exactly are you selling?
Research peptides supplied as lyophilized powder for in-vitro laboratory research. Every lot is tested by an independent analytical laboratory and ships with a certificate of analysis tied to the lot number on the container.
Why do I need an account to see the catalog?
Because these are research reagents rather than consumer goods, we review each account before granting catalog access so that we know who our customers are and what the material is intended for. It is a short form and a real review, usually completed within one business day.
What does the review actually check?
That the entity is real, that the stated role is consistent with the entity, and that the intended protocol is a research use. We are more likely to ask a follow-up question than to reject outright.
Can these be used in humans or animals?
No. Nothing sold here is a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device. None of it has been evaluated by the FDA, and none of it is for human or animal consumption or for any therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or clinical use. Every account holder agrees to this at registration and again at checkout.
Can I order without an institutional email address?
You can apply, and a consumer email address is not disqualifying on its own. It is flagged for the reviewer, so expect it to add a step.
What is a certificate of analysis?
A report from an independent laboratory stating what a specific lot was measured to contain — its purity by HPLC and its identity by mass spectrometry. It is specific to a lot, not to a product, which is why the lot number on your container is the thing that matters.
How do I verify the certificate for my lot?
Enter the lot number printed on the container into the verification page. It will return the certificate we issued for that lot, or tell you that no such lot exists.
Do you advise on how to use the material?
No. We publish analytical data — purity, identity, and the laboratory that determined them. We do not publish protocols, concentrations, handling regimes, or any statement about what a compound does. Designing the experiment is the researcher’s job.
How should this be shipped and stored?
Material ships insulated at ambient temperature and should be moved to -20 °C on arrival, protected from light. Bring the sealed container to room temperature before opening.
Do you sell to distributors?
Yes. Select “Distributor or reseller to research customers” when you register. You will be asked to agree to pass the same research-use restrictions down to your own customers.
