What to contact us about
Account applications. If your application is taking longer than one business day, tell us the email address you applied with and we will look it up.
Certificates and lot verification. Quote the lot number printed on the container and we will respond with the certificate on file for it. Anyone can verify a lot without an account using the verification page.
Wholesale and volume enquiries. Tell us the materials, quantities, and the entity you are purchasing for, and we will come back with terms.
Documentation. Specification sheets and safety data sheets are available on request against a named lot.
We do not advise on experimental design, concentrations, or the suitability of any compound for a particular study. Those determinations belong to the researcher.
